What HFN stores

We store your verified phone account, profile details, crop requirements, in-platform messages, deal records, reports, and the documents you intentionally submit for verification.

How information is used

Information is used to operate HFN Kisan, match buyers and sellers, keep conversations safe, review verification requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Public requirement pages show only safe marketplace details and never publish phone numbers or verification documents.

Your choices

You can edit your profile and crop posts, delete your Soorya conversation history, report or block misuse, and request account export or deletion through Support. Legal, fraud-prevention, and completed-deal audit records may need to be retained.

Security and retention

Sensitive evidence is kept in private storage with short-lived access links and access logs. HFN limits retention by data type and removes evidence when its retention period ends, while preserving required decision and audit metadata.
