Marketplace role
HFN Kisan helps users discover requirements, communicate, and keep structured deal records. HFN is not the buyer, seller, transporter, payment processor, or guarantor unless a separate written agreement explicitly says so.
User responsibility
Verify the counterparty, crop quality, quantity, price, payment, transport, licences, and delivery terms before committing. Never share OTPs, PINs, passwords, or unnecessary identity and bank details in chat.
Acceptable use
Do not post illegal, abusive, sexual, deceptive, spam, duplicate, or privacy-invasive content. HFN may restrict content or accounts and preserve an audit record when safety, fraud, or legal obligations require it.
Verification
A verification badge means only that HFN checked the attributes shown in its detail sheet. It is not a guarantee of a person, crop, payment, delivery, or deal outcome.
